Welcome to the LUMIELLÉ Affiliate Ambassador Program. We’re excited to have you join our community. At LUMIELLÉ, we value sincere, transparent relationships—with our partners, our clients, and our broader community.
This LUMIELLÉ Agreement (the “Agreement”) serves as the foundation of our partnership. It exists to promote clarity, ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, and protect the trust our audience places in us.
By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. We’ve designed this to be thoughtful, refined, and easy to understand.

1. Partnering with LUMIELLÉ
What It Means to Be an Affiliate
As a LUMIELLÉ Affiliate, you’ll share our skincare line with your audience in ways that feel natural to you. Whether that’s a blog post, an Instagram mention, or part of your daily routine—how you promote is completely up to you. We value organic storytelling over rigid requirements.
How to Join
To get started, submit an application through our affiliate portal. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with our brand values. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. Once approved, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your profile.
2. Your Role as a LUMIELLÉ Affiliate: A Guide to Success
Legal Compliance
Your promotional content must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials.
Honest Promotion
We encourage you to speak authentically about your experience with our products. Please refrain from making false or misleading claims.
Use of Brand Assets
To protect our visual identity, use only the materials provided or approved by LUMIELLÉ. Any modifications require written permission.
Prohibited Practices
Avoid spam tactics, misleading promotions, or unauthorized paid advertising using LUMIELLÉ trademarks.
About Product Claims
Please don’t imply our products treat or cure medical issues. Focus on benefits, not cures.
Don’t say:
- “This product cured my acne.”
- “This healed my rosacea.”
Instead say:
- “I’ve noticed fewer blemishes.”
- “My complexion looks more balanced.”
- “It visibly calms redness.”
3. Disclosures & FTC Compliance
Transparency is Essential
All content must clearly disclose your relationship with LUMIELLÉ. Disclosures must be easy to find and understand.
Best Practices:
- Use terms like “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or hashtags such as #ad or #LUMIELLÉPartner.
- Position disclosures at the beginning—not buried.
Examples:
- “As a LUMIELLÉ affiliate, I may earn commission on purchases made through my link.”
- “Received in partnership with LUMIELLÉ.”
- “Sponsored by LUMIELLÉ #ad”
By Platform:
- Social Media: Disclose at the start of the caption.
- Videos & Podcasts: Verbal mention at the beginning + written disclosure.
- Short Form Content: Use overlays or visible captions.
- Blogs & Sites: Place near the top of the article or page.
4. Commission & Payouts
Earning Commission
You’ll receive 10–20% commission on net sales (excluding tax and shipping) made through your referral link. Your tier depends on quarterly sales volume.
Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid every 30 days after your first sale.
Setting Up Payouts
Login to your Collabs Creator account → Payouts tab → Enter your payment info. Payouts are processed through PayPal Hyperwallet and sent to your preferred method.
Refunds/Returns
If a customer returns an item, the related commission will be deducted from your future earnings.
5. Brand Materials & Intellectual Property
Usage Rights
You’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for approved affiliate promotions only.
Restrictions
Do not alter our logos, trademarks, or brand visuals. Avoid using them in any way that suggests an official partnership beyond the affiliate program.
6. Term & Termination
Agreement Duration
This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance into the program and continues until terminated.
Termination Terms
You or LUMIELLÉ may end this relationship at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
After Termination
You must immediately stop using all LUMIELLÉ assets. Any remaining commissions will be paid as outlined above.
7. Affiliate Commitments
By participating, you agree to:
- Follow all relevant marketing laws and FTC guidelines.
- Avoid deceptive, unethical, or misleading behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
LUMIELLÉ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your affiliate activities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless LUMIELLÉ from any losses, claims, or damages arising from:
- A breach of this agreement
- Legal or regulatory violations
- Misconduct or misrepresentation while promoting our products
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, under AAA rules.
11. Policy Updates
We may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued participation means you agree to the latest version.
12. Entire Agreement & Severability
This document represents our full agreement. If any portion is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
