THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly creative, extremely organized, and execution-driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to help bring the LUMIELLÉ world to life across digital platforms.

This role combines content creation, social media management, visual storytelling, and shoot coordination. You will help execute the day-to-day creative engine behind the brand — from managing social channels and planning content shoots to creating assets, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and ensuring everything feels elevated, polished, and unmistakably LUMIELLÉ.

You should have a strong creative instinct, understand luxury beauty aesthetics, and genuinely love social media, branding, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, highly detail-oriented, and excited to contribute across many areas of a rapidly growing company.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — equally comfortable planning a campaign, styling a flat lay, filming iPhone content, editing graphics, or jumping in wherever needed to support the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the LUMIELLÉ Instagram presence, including feed posts, Stories, and community engagement
  • Schedule and publish content in alignment with the marketing calendar
  • Help maintain a cohesive, elevated, and on-brand social presence across all platforms
  • Support growth initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
  • Monitor social performance, trends, and audience engagement to identify opportunities
  • Assist with influencer, creator, and user-generated content coordination

Content Creation & Production

  • Capture high-quality lifestyle, product, founder, BTS, and educational content using iPhone and camera equipment
  • Create visually compelling content that aligns with the LUMIELLÉ aesthetic and brand standards
  • Assist with filming short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Support content editing including trimming clips, captions, transitions, basic color correction, and formatting for social platforms
  • Help concept and execute creative ideas that support launches, campaigns, and product storytelling

Shoot Coordination & Creative Support

  • Assist in planning content shoots including shot lists, references, props, styling, and production organization
  • Support on-set execution to ensure all required content and assets are captured efficiently
  • Coordinate product samples, props, and creative materials needed for shoots
  • Help maintain organization of digital assets, references, and content folders
  • Ensure all visual output aligns with the elevated LUMIELLÉ brand identity

Graphic Design & Brand Assets

  • Create social graphics, campaign assets, story slides, email visuals, and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support the marketing and creative team with ad hoc design needs
  • Ensure assets are polished, visually cohesive, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Assist in preparing creative assets for paid advertising campaigns and launch initiatives

Wholesale Manager

About LUMIELLÉ

LUMIELLÉ is a Los Angeles based skincare and wellness brand built from a personal mission to heal. What started as the founders journey to clear her own skin and heal her health has grown into a brand and community rooted in intention formulating result-driven products that empower the skin and body’s innate ability to heal itself. As we expand beyond DTC into select retail partnerships, we’re looking for a Wholesale Manager to help us build a wholesale footprint that reflects the quality and intention behind everything we stand for.

The Role

The Wholesale Manager will own and grow LUMIELLÉ’s wholesale business from the ground up. This is a builder role, you’ll be responsible for identifying the right retail partners, opening and managing accounts, and creating the operational backbone that lets us scale cleanly. You’ll work cross-functionally with founder, marketing, ops, and 3PL partners to make sure every order is sold thoughtfully, fulfilled accurately, and supported. The right person is equally comfortable pitching a buyer at a luxury beauty retailer and building a forecast tracker in a spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale accounts aligned with the LUMIELLÉ brand (clean beauty retailers, luxury department stores, spas, wellness boutiques, and specialty e-tailers)
  • Own the full sales cycle — outreach, line sheets, samples, pitch meetings, negotiation, and close
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through reorders, expanded distribution, and seasonal launches
  • Represent LUMIELLÉ at trade shows, market appointments, and buyer events

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all wholesale partners
  • Build and maintain account performance trackers, sell-through reports, launch calendars, sample requests, and forecasts
  • Partner with retailers on co-marketing, in-store education, sampling programs, and product training
  • Monitor sell-through and proactively recommend reorders, replenishment, and assortment shifts

Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate with our 3PL on fulfillment, routing guides, ship windows, labeling, and retailer-specific compliance
  • Own wholesale platforms and tools (Shopify, NuOrder, Faire, or comparable)
  • Manage chargebacks, returns, and credit memos; flag risks early
  • Build the systems and SOPs that let wholesale scale
  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals

Strategy

  • Set KPIs and reporting structures to track wholesale performance against goals
  • Partner with the founder and leadership on wholesale strategy, pricing architecture, MAP policy, and channel positioning
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform future launches

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in wholesale, sales, or account management — beauty, skincare, or wellness strongly preferred
  • A self starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team and can build from zero
  • Strong existing relationships with beauty and wellness buyers is a major plus
  • Excellent organizational skills comfortable owning trackers, forecasts, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of wholesale platforms (Shopify Collective, NuOrder, Faire, etc.) and 3PL logistics

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to a high-performing founder, entrepreneur, and creative leader behind a fast-growing luxury consumer brand.
